Reasons for entry in: Sport
I was a co-presenter (three series) on BBC Radio 5 Live's Interesting...Very Interesting, a sports/comedy show with Garry Richardson and Peter Brackley.  I was lead impressionist on The Game's Up (5 Live) a sports/impressions show, and a talking head on ITV's FIFA's World Cup Moments.  I have hosted, presented and commentated at numerous sports dinners and events.  My own Radio 4 comedy series, Fordham & Lipson, was broadcast in November/December 2007.  I have vast radio and TV experience as a comedy performer as well as a pundit.  I'm fascinated by and passionate about sport and love presenting it in an entertaining and informative fashion.

Reasons for entry in: Property
I am a qualified solicitor with experience in both residential and commercial property transactions.  In 1999, I started to build my own residential property portfolio and now have numerous properties in London and Manchester and one in France.  I now manage the portfolio, dealing with tenants, agents and contractors on a daily basis.  I have also purchased a dilapidated property at auction which I refurbished and sold at a profit in 2007.  Property is a passion.  I have extensive live, radio and TV experience as a comedian, actor, presenter and pundit and would welcome the opportunity to share my interest in this fascinating and ever-changing sector as a presenter.

Previous Presenting Work:
I have presented shows on BBC national radio including three series of the sports/comedy show Interesting...Very Interesting on BBC Radio 5 Live.  I also have extensive experience as a compere and presenter at corporate events.  In particular, I hosted and commentated at a massive 5-a-side event on behalf of a major City financial institution for three years.  I have also presented prize-giving ceremonies and corporate days on behalf of clients such as Kodak, Thus Telecoms, Sony and Tottenham Hotspur FC.

Interests / Passions:
Sport: I was a junior county tennis player and played football regularly before my knees gave way!  I have been a season ticket holder at Spurs (!) for over 30 years and have continued to watch virtually all sports on TV and live with the same enthusiasm I had as a boy.  Football, rugby, athletics, tennis, even darts are all mesmerising.

Property:  I bought my first flat at 24 and have continued to trade up ever since.  I have been building a large portfolio of buy-to-let flats in London and Manchester, and I also have a property in France.  I have bought at auction, refurbished and sold at a profit. 

Comments:
I have an eclectic background, having been a solicitor and the founder/owner of a legal recruitment business which is now among the UK's market leaders.  I started as a stand up comedian/impressionist in 1994 and quickly made my way into TV and radio.  Much of my act was sports based and, consequently, much of my TV and radio work has had a similar bias.  I have always particularly enjoyed presenting work - punditry in particular - and I see my long term future in this area.
