I have a vast experience of lifestyles, presently a pub landlady, also mum to two grown-up boys (one of whom served in Iraq in 2004).  Not a lot I haven't experienced, both good and bad, and I am still looking for new challenges at this stage in my life. I am Irish.  Lots of interesting situations happen in the pub-life, lots of different types of people happen my way. I have done Presenter Training with Geoff Motley on one-to-one basis and I was pleasantly surprised at the level of competence which I achieved.  I would really like to go down the Presenter route in whatever way possible. I feel at home in studio environment, with auto-cue and talkback.  Don't necessarily mind which category of subject I try, can be a variety of topics.  I am open to new challenges.

Interests / Passions:
As a pub landlady I experience lots of different situations and encounter lots of different people, from all walks of life.  I feel strongly about the smoking ban at the moment, and how it has torn the fabric from the local community.  Also, I feel strongly about the ill-effect of the Iraq war on the British soldiers and the shabby way they were treated by the MOD especially the ones that were badly incapacitated.

There are lots of other things that I could mention, but that will do for now!

Comments:
I am Irish, with an engaging charm. (so they say!).  I have brilliant sense of humour, love a challenge!  I have found great strength from adversities in my life, and I am quite spiritually motivated.
