I am a property developer. I find residential properties which are unmodernized/have potential and renovate them with a view to sell on. We have worked in various projects and so far have been very successful. I am in charge of the whole process, from sourcing the flats to the exchange, to finding the builders and over-seeing the job and then selling the flat on.

Interests / Passions:
My interest is property and i am absolutely passionate about it. I love my job, and enjoy every day. I enjoy the whole process of finding the property, and then the creative aspect of doing the interior designing for each room. Its a great feeling seeing a flat come together and then of course seeing it sold at the end.
I read all the property books that I can get my hands on, watch every property show and always go to Exhibition Centres, such as the Ideal Homes Show/Grand Designs.
