I'm a Professional Property Auctioneer. Auctioneering career began in 1979 in a rural agency practice in Axminster, Devon selling farm produce (vegetables, rabbits, eggs and chickens) to housewives in a Pannier Market. Passed Chartered Surveying Exams and since 1997 concentrated solely on the auctioning of property in Devon and Cornwall for Royal Sun Alliance and latterly Countrywide PLC.

Reasons for entry in: General
As well as having many years of expertise in the property industry, my relaxed and effecite ability to present means I am more than capable of presenting programmes of any genre. I have had members of previous production crews, tell me that my ease in front of camera could be used in any genre of programme.

Previous Presenting Work:
Multiple appearances on BBC One’s ‘Homes under the Hammer’ in the capacity as auctioneer and survey/valuation expert.

A guest expert/presenter on BBC Two’s ‘Uncharted Territory’ alongside senior presenter Juliet Morris. The two programme set investigated overseas property acquisitions in north and south-eastern Tunisia.

House Auction - I was first filmed as an expert for a property programme pilot filmed for Channel Four.
