I have hosted a show called 'The Friday Itch' which is an internet based show, mocking new technology.  This suited me well as I have a witty personality,great sense of humour and my comic timing is second to non.  I would love to present on shows like T4 or MTV where I can show off my talent for ad-libbing, improvisation and express my crazy, fun-loving personality.  I have experience with 'as live' interviews, auto cue, script learning, sight reading, talk-back, adverts, acting and on location filming.

My personality and experience with children, would make me ideal for children's Tv.  I have a very mischevious nature and live to make people laugh.  I would love to present CBBC or Blue Peter (for example) and let my personality bounce off other co-presenters.  I understand comedy and appeal for all different ages, as I have been an actress for about 9 years, and have done everything from pantomimes, to musicals, to serious plays, which i have won many awards for.  I am artistic,creative and an excellent script writer, I would make a serious input to any show and bring more than just my presenting skills to the programme.

Reasons for entry in: Fashion
I would love experience in this field.  I think I would be brilliant on a show like 'what not to wear' or '10 years younger' as i have worked in retail for over 3 years.  I know what to dress people in and what to avoid.  I spend most of my days at work (when I'm not presenting) helping customers of all ages find ideal outfits.  This year i won a retail award for my excellent customer service, a skill which I am very proud of.  I am a real people person, find it very easy to talk to strangers and I make people feel welcome and at ease startight away.  This key skill makes me a great presenter and interviewer.

Previous Presenting Work:
I only started presenting in 2007, but since then I have gained a lot of experience.

I have previous experience with internet shows on technology and gadgets.  I am great in this field, as I can take a potentially dull subject, inject my personality and make it fun and interesting to watch.  'The Friday Itch' was a comedy based show, for a mainly American based audience, that mocked big companies like Apple and Microsoft.  The show was a big hit in America, it was sponsored by Microsoft and I made an advert for it which was displayed in Times Square,NYC.  I was mainly based in london, however I also filmed In L.A and Las Vegas in studios and on location.  I mainly used auto-cue for this show, which i found came very naturally to me, as I am an excellent sight reader.
 
I have experience in as-live interviews from my most recent show for Photographytv.tv, which is a new Tv and Internet show starting soon. I  did informal vox pop style interviews with models and make-up artists, and a more formal interview with professional photographers.

I have used talk back for a local channel EMTV, where I read the news as-live, and featured as a guest talker in an interview about the area.

Interests / Passions:
My passion is to entertain people.  Whether its at work, on a stage or at home, I'm always making people laugh and smile.  I love singing and performing in plays and musicals.  I really enjoy working with kids and teach a drama class for Infant School children, which is fantastic as they are amazing to work with and teach new skills.  I love music and art and like painting and decorating.
