Reasons for entry in: Food & Drink
Im a fully qualified chef, and have worked in numerous restaurants. I have also run my own catering business, and been a freelance food stylist for various TV programmes and cookery books. My TV experience also runs into research, working on Keith Floyd cookery series. I have also recently worked with Hugh Fernley Whittingstall on a regular basis over the past couple of years.

Reasons for entry in: General
I am a confident presenter with the ability to put my presenting skills to any use. I am extremely flexible, and am as passionate when presenting about other subjects, as I am when presenting food & drink based projects.

Previous Presenting Work:
I have been a Judge for the popular Westcountry ITV programme "Taste of the West" for each of its three series. I was also a presenter for the "Country Lives" ITV series food slot. I have also recently been involved in Infomercials for Tesco Supermarkets.

Freelance writer and Food Stylist

Comments:
After a career break in order to have my children, I am now very keen to pick up where I left off, and get back into presenting. I am fun loving but hard working and look forward to my next challenge in television!!
