Reasons for entry in: Health & Fitness
Nina has a passion for health and fitness. She has great experience in both these fields. She currently works as an athletics coach with a wide range of clients consisting of both experienced and novice runners.  Nina also works as a Fitness Mentor and specialises in helping people who are heavier than they would like to be. Her ethos differs totally from that of a personal trainer. She works with each client to build up a fitness programme specific to their individual physical and emotional goals, needs and lifestyle. Throughout 2007 she is writing a series of running articles for UltraFit magazine.

Interests / Passions:
I started jogging at the relatively late age of 25, and only stepped on to the track for the first time four years later. I am now a competitive athlete and concentrate in 400m and 800m (pb 55.9 and 2.8).

I also trained in the circus as an aerialist and specialise in corde lisse, a form of aerial dance performed on a rope some 25ft in the air.
