I am a Certified Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis and Life & Executive Coach. I write for newspapers and magazines on the subject of emotional health and well as appearing on TV and Radio. I also write a monthly problem page for Spirit & Destiny magazine and am a Media Expert for Psychologies Magazine.

For the past 3 years I have run a series of relationship workshops at The Vitality Show at Olympia. I have run relationship and Coaching workshops at Skyros in Greece and and have delivered talks and presentations at Kensington Olympia, Earls Court, Excel and and NEC in Birmingham on this subject. I also wrote a monthly relationship problem page for Here's Health Magazine.

I am a certified PhotoReading Instructor and have been running classes and teaching on a one to one basis for the past 5 years. PhotoReading allows you to get through books in minutes in hours vs days, weeks and months and shows how to use all of the mind and memory more effectively. I work with students aged 8 - 16 as well as adults from a number of professions and walks of life.

Previous Presenting Work:
I have been a public speaker and presenter for the past 7 years. I have run seminars and workshops in the UK & abroad and regularly appear at London Olympia, Earls Court, NEC Birmingham, Excel.  I have presented a Series of Personal Development programmmes on Sky TV.  I have appeared extensively on radio stations across the UK. I speak on a wide range of topics including Relationships, Presentation Skills, Networking with Confidence, Unleashing Creative Potential, Communication Skills, NLP in Business, PhotoReading & Accelerated Learning, Removing Emotional Blocks & Barriers, and Goal Setting for Success.
I also present in print and have written for newspapers and magazines including Zest, The Metro, Psychologies, New Woman, Natural Health, Health Plus, The Daily Mirror, Health & Fitness, Aesthetic Medicine, PASS Accountancy Magazine,and Slimming Magazine. I also write a monthly problem page for Spirit & Destiny Magazine

Interests / Passions:
I am passionate about personal development and 'tranceformation' in all areas of life, hence the name of my company, Trance Formations Limited. Have gone from a quiet, shy person with very little confidence and low self esteem, I love working with people who want to do the same but didn't even realise that it is possible.  I also love working with people who want to accelerate their performance and take their skills to the next level.  My background in Coaching, NLP, Hypnosis and Management Development, combined with my specialised training in Personal Development combine to create a powerful learning and change experience for those that choose to take more control of their lives.
